A hospital in northeastern West Virginia has an opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide locum tenens hospitalist coverage.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts
25 beds
Daily Census: 21-22 patients, 4 ICU patients max
Shared patients
Diverse adult patient population
Duties: Manage full spectrum of adult ip medical cases, supervise family medicine residents, and respond to codes and rapid response
Procedures Required: RSI, intubation, thoracentesis, paracentesis, midline and central line placement, arterial line placement
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Paid travel and expenses
