Quick Facts Location: Lafayette, LA Start Date: 07/01/2026 (or upon approval) End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Permanent role Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certifications: Breast Imaging Fellowship required; LA medical license preferred Experience: Prior breast imaging experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits available upon employment What You’ll Do Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in outpatient settings Conduct breast ultrasounds and stereotactic biopsies Interpret Breast MRI and MRI biopsies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards Maintain thorough documentation and patient records Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement What You Need Required: Breast Imaging Fellowship completed Valid medical license in Louisiana (or eligible) Strong knowledge of breast imaging techniques and protocols Excellent communication skills and professionalism Preferred: Prior experience in outpatient breast radiology Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment This position is for a dedicated Breast Radiologist at a leading outpatient facility in Lafayette, LA.
