Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details
Schedule: 5x8
40 hours per week
Flexible schedule
1-2 evenings until 7pm
Setting focus: Orthopedics
60 minute evaluations and treatments
