Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and standards of care.

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, open communication, and employee satisfaction.

• Develop and implement effective nursing practices, policies, and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

• Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and facility leaders to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3

• Registered Nurse RN In New Jersey
