Water Jet Operator

Job Title

Set up and operate water jet cutting machines based on work orders, CAD files, and job specifications.

Load and secure materials on the cutting bed and align them for optimal cutting.

Program and adjust machine settings for speed, pressure, and abrasive flow.

Monitor the cutting process to ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.

Inspect finished parts for accuracy and perform any necessary post-processing or adjustments.

Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance.

Keep accurate production records and update job documentation.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety guidelines.
