Certified Medication Aide
Location: The Ashford of Mt. Washington - 1131 Deliquia Drive, Cincinnati, OH
Job Type: Full-time or PRN
Pay Rate: $24/hr plus shift differential

What You’ll Do
- Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the direction of a licensed nurse. Completes documentation of medication administration.
- Promptly report to the nurse, a resident’s request/need for PRN medications.
- Promptly report to the nurse any adverse or concerning reactions to medications.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management and families.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures that falls under the scope of the Certified Medication Aide.
- Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Answers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident’s needs.
- Any other duties as assigned or delegated by the Director of Care.
What We’re Looking For
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Requires a Certified Medication Aide certificate from the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Completion of first aide training and CPR
