CT Technologist

UF Health in Gainesville, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced academic medical center. The CT Technologist will operate and troubleshoot CT scanners, follow physician orders, position patients safely, and ensure accurate image acquisition for diagnosis and treatment planning. Responsibilities include verifying patient identity, contrast preparation and administration, monitoring for adverse reactions, maintaining radiation safety standards, and ensuring equipment quality control. The role collaborates closely with radiologists, nurses, and other clinicians, while upholding patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and detailed documentation in the EMR/PACS systems.
