Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of salaried management experience in a high-volume, upscale scratch kitchen
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, guest service, and local sourcing
- Experience leading, training, and developing kitchen teams
- Understanding of kitchen systems, safety, and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning
Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills
