Orthopedic Home Physical Therapist

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking an Orthopedic Home Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehab services to patients in their homes across New Jersey. In this role, you will evaluate orthopedic conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients restore function and mobility. You will collaborate closely with a supportive, interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
