Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facilities. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in EMRs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
