Full job description
- Level IV Trauma Center
- 18-bed emergency department with approximately 22,000 annual visits
- Physicians see approximately 1.7 patients per hour with an 11% admission rate
- Supported by 26 hours of daily physician coverage and 20 hours of APC coverage
- EMR: MediTech
- Robust specialty backup including anesthesiology, cardiology, ENT, gynecology, hematology/oncology, internal medicine, interventional radiology, and more
- Assistant facility medical director role with dedicated administrative responsibilities
- Partner closely with the facility medical director to support departmental operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, patient experience, and overall emergency department performance
- Help mentor physicians and APCs while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture

- W2 employed position
- Base rate + RVU compensation model
