FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, functional care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this full-time role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver one-on-one interventions, and document outcomes using EMR. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and prioritize safety, mobility, and independence.
