Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations management, with a passion for guest and employee satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales and the extended-stay sector
• Knowledgeable about golf, as it is a big part of the properties' amenities
• Willingness to live close to the property as an accessible leader

Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist with hotel operations and ensure high standards of guest service and staff engagement
• Manage operating budgets, forecast expenses and revenues, and control costs while achieving profit goals
• Respond personally to guest concerns and lead guest satisfaction efforts
• Foster a dignified environment as a visible, approachable role model for guests and staff
