This role involves providing in-home speech therapy services to a diverse patient population. The position offers a flexible schedule with a focus on patient-centered care within a community-based setting.Job DetailsShift: 4 days per week, 8 hours per day, with a start date of 09/07/2026.Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 32 hours per week.Required Qualifications: Oregon state license; BCLS certification; at least 1 year of experience in speech therapy, including home health. First-timers accepted; must have own transportation.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems such as EPIC and Rover; familiarity with community hospital workflows.Patient Ratios: Up to 6 patients per day, with a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio; standard productivity points apply.Additional Information: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation, with occasional driving within a 60-mile radius. COVID-19 vaccination (primary series plus one booster) is required. Candidate must provide two references covering at least one year during the last three years.Special Requirements: Must commit to working three of the five major holidays; requests for time off must be submitted during application.
