ProLogistix is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a leading aerospace facility in Everett. This role requires advanced machining skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances in a high-precision environment.

Location:Everett, WA | Pay:$24–$40/hr DOE

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:20 PM – 10:50 PM
  • Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Friday–Sunday

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes, including multi-axis machines
  • Work with Fanuc controls and perform machine-level edits
  • Maintain efficient production while holding extremely tight tolerances
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
  • Bore jaws on 3-jaw chucks (daily requirement)
  • Perform deburring and basic toolmaking tasks
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
  • Maintain tolerances as tight as ±0.0001
  • Provide feedback to programmers for machining improvements
  • Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
  • Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis machining
  • Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, M-codes, and G-codes
  • Advanced blueprint reading (Level 3)
  • GD&T proficiency (Level 3)
  • Confident and experienced in boring jaws
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Boeing BAC specifications
