We treat top talent like professionals, which is why we offer a starting compensation package of $100,000+ for experienced technicians.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest</li><li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li><li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li><li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively</li><li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns </li><li>Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li></ul> <br>Qualifications <br><p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>The "All-Makes" Master:</strong> Deep experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European brands.</li><li><strong>Fearless Problem Solving:</strong> A strong willingness to research, learn, and try new repair procedures on unfamiliar models.</li><li><strong>Efficiency: </strong>Ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment.</li><li><strong>Tools:</strong> Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox appropriate for general bumper-to-bumper repairs.</li><li><strong>Credentials:</strong> Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li><li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li></ul> <br>Additional Information <br><p>Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
