Youth Care Workers

Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential school for pre-K through 12th grade, is seeking a compassionate Youth Care Worker to support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, and model positive behavior. You will collaborate with teachers, houseparents, and support staff to reinforce life skills, encourage personal responsibility, and celebrate student achievements. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, culturally responsive, and committed to making a lasting difference in children’s lives.
