Part-time hours within 8am - 5pm PST with scheduling flexibility
Adult 70% and pediatric 30% patient population
Outpatient telehealth practice
Intake appointments 30 - 45 minutes, follow-ups 15 - 20 minutes
Telemedicine experience preferred
Minimum 2 active state licenses required
6-month initial commitment with option to extend
