Job Details

We are looking for a CDL A Shuttle Driver in Portland, OR, offering $32.00 per hour. This position provides the opportunity for home daily schedules and no-touch freight, making it ideal for drivers who want consistent local work. This is a TransForce driving opportunity, ensuring you receive real support from a dedicated team and a focus on your needs.

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $32.00 per hour + OT after 40 hours
  • Home daily
  • 2nd shift Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Mandatory Fridays as needed

What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate automatic day cab tractors performing local shuttle runs and trailer spotting operations.
  • Shuttle trailers between facilities and perform yard spotting and trailer moves.
  • Complete drop-and-hook operations and operate on both customer property and public roadways.
  • Perform frequent backing and trailer positioning, along with pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain DOT compliance and company safety standards.

What You Need

  • Valid CDL A
  • 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
  • Comfortable performing trailer backing and yard spotting
  • Experience with shuttle operations preferred
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
