Surgery Nurse Manager

Adventist Health seeks a Surgery Department Nurse Manager (RN) to lead perioperative nursing teams in a mission-driven, faith-based environment. This role oversees day-to-day OR operations, staffing, patient flow, quality, and regulatory compliance while promoting whole-person care. The manager collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient surgical services, evidence-based practice, and positive patient outcomes.
