Production Worker

Our client is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production supervisors and plant leadership to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Newberry, SC

Pay Range: $19.75-$23.85/hour

Shift: 1st shift 6am-4pm

What’s the Job?

• Perform general production and general labor duties in a food manufacturing facility.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks, equipment setup, and production support.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas while following sanitation procedures.
• Follow all quality, safety, and food manufacturing standards.
• Support production operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of general labor or general maintenance experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in cold warehouse or production areas.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and follow all safety procedures.
