CoxHealth is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established, high-performing surgical team in Springfield, Missouri. This is an opportunity to practice in a collaborative, team-based environment with dedicated support staff, efficient workflows, and a focus on delivering high-quality surgical care.

Opportunity Highlights

  2. Practice full-spectrum cardiothoracic surgery (no vascular)
  3. Robust structural heart program (TAVR)
  4. Collaborative call model with shared scheduling among partners
  5. APP support, assisting with call responsibilities, managing inpatient rounding as well as clinic responsibilities
  6. Enjoy a 4-day work week :
    1. 3 days in the OR
    2. 1 day in clinic
