Certified Physical Therapy Assistant

Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on rehabilitation services to seniors in our skilled nursing and long-term care community. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, assist with gait and balance training, and support safe mobility and transfers. You’ll document progress, educate residents and families, and collaborate with a team that values respect, integrity, and resident-centered care, with growth opportunities across our Florida facilities.
