Our client, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team in Neenah, WI. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. A successful Warehouse Specialist will be responsible to fulfill orders provided by each customer, as efficiently and quickly as possible to meet the timeline expected by our customers. This position requires strong team work and must have a high level of work commitment, be self motivated, attention to detail and the ability to learn, follow directions and be flexible with work assignments.

Location: Neenah

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 6am-2:30pm (flexible hours available)

What's the Job?

• Loading and unloading products manually or mechanically to ensure efficient inventory movement
• Labeling received products and re-palletizing for proper storage
• Picking, packing, and preparing components and samples for shipment according to customer specifications
• Using paperwork to track orders, shipments, and product completion status
• Performing quality checks, restocking, and isolating defective products to maintain high standards

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks
