* 10 shifts per month, Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm, with 1 weekend of call
* Pager call Mon - Fri
* Rounds mornings and evenings
* ~12 inpatients per day -- up to 18 in clinic
* Inpatient pulmonary function tests done in-house
* ICU bread and butter procedures required
* Basic pulmonary clinic and PFT skills required
* We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
* We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
* We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
* Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
