<p><font size="3"><b>Let Volt help move you forward</b></font></p> <p><br /> <font size="3"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Volt is immediately hiring for a "<b>Direct Hire" Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electrical and Mechanical Experience Required) (2nd Shift)</b> in Greencastle, PA. </font></font><br /> <br /> <b>Job Perks </b></p> <ul> <li>Direct Hire Opportunity </li> <li>Overtime Available </li> <li>Competitive Pay </li> <li>Shift Differential </li> <li>Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment </li> </ul> <p><b>Job Description </b></p> <p>The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping machines and equipment running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting facility and production maintenance needs. </p> <ul> <li> <p>Comply with all safety policies and procedures. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Perform semiskilled duties including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, mechanical repairs, lubrication, painting, and facility maintenance. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain, service, and conduct minor repairs on buildings and manufacturing equipment. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate and support preventive maintenance programs and work order activities. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with inventory control and maintenance-related vendor interactions. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Support production operations and maintenance scheduling activities. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in all service areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned. </p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain dependable attendance and scheduling flexibility. </p> </li> </ul> <p><b>Schedule: </b>2nd Shift, Monday through Friday starting at 4:00 PM.</p> <ul> <li>Typical shifts are 10-12 hours per day based on business needs.</li> <li>Flexibility for overtime and schedule changes is required. </li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications </b></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li> <li>Training, certification, or experience in a relevant maintenance trade. </li> <li>1-2 years of maintenance or related experience. </li> <li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems. </li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Self-starter with strong attendance and reliability. </li> <li>Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. </li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred(but not required*) Qualifications </b></p> <ul> <li>Manufacturing maintenance experience. </li> <li>Leadership or facilitation skills. </li> <li>Experience working with production equipment and preventive maintenance programs. </li> </ul> <p><b>Physical Requirements </b></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work around manufacturing equipment, tolerate temperature variations, stand for extended periods, bend, twist, lift up to 75 pounds, wear required PPE, and work overtime as needed. </li> </ul> <p><font size="2"><b>Pay Rate:<i> $32.07 per hour plus a $2.50 per hour shift differential. </i></b></font></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. </p> <p>Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
