**Requirements:**
* **Bachelor's Degree in Nursing** or related field
* **Current RN licensure** in the state of Missouri
* **Minimum of 5 years** of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with a focus on long-term care or post-acute care
* **Strong leadership and communication skills**, with the ability to motivate and inspire our nursing team
* **Proven track record** of improving patient outcomes and reducing readmissions
* **Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment**, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care
