Job Details
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and severance agreements
- Stay current on federal and state employment law developments
What We're Looking For
- J.D. and active bar admission in good standing
- 3+ years of experience practicing employment law (plaintiff-side experience preferred)
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload independently
- Genuine commitment to advocating for employee rights
