Location: Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $65,000 minimum base salary plus commission
Pay Type: Base salary plus commission

JE Total Performance is seeking a Senior Automotive Service Advisor in Baltimore, MD to take a leading role in the shop's customer-facing operations.
This position offers a $65,000 minimum base salary plus commission, with earning potential up to approximately $100,000 based on performance.
The shop specializes heavily in performance and custom automotive work, including engine swaps and upgrades, suspension modifications, high-horsepower builds, sports cars, rare vehicles, and imports, while also handling general repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls, appointments, and vehicle write-ups.
  • Create and present estimates, maintenance recommendations, and repair options while securing customer authorization.
  • Manage repair orders from initial intake through completion and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email regarding vehicle status, recommendations, approvals, and completed work.
  • Coordinate closely with technicians and the General Manager to support an organized, efficient workflow.
  • Source and order parts needed for repairs, maintenance, and performance projects.
  • Use Speed Point for shop management and digital vehicle inspection processes.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and provide leadership support as the service team grows.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of automotive service advisor experience REQUIRED.
  • Automotive industry experience and working knowledge of vehicle service and repair.
  • Ability to communicate automotive repair and maintenance recommendations clearly with customers.
  • Experience managing estimates, repair orders, customer authorizations, and follow-up.
  • Strong customer communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage phone, text, and email communication while coordinating active repair orders.
  • Interest or experience in high-performance, racing, or custom automotive work is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
