Westgate Resorts In-House OPC (Off-Property Consultant)

As a Westgate Resorts In-House OPC (Off-Property Consultant), you will serve as a frontline representative of the Westgate Resorts Marketing Team. Your primary responsibility will be to promote Westgate Resorts throughout Central Florida by encouraging vacationers to visit our resorts through exclusive, discounted rates on theme park and attraction tickets.

You will also be responsible for booking resort room nights, selling attraction tickets, and providing exceptional concierge services to visitors and guests while they enjoy their vacation.

What You'll Do:

  • Persuade potential clients to visit Westgate Resorts by helping them maximize their savings on Orlando-area theme parks and attractions.
  • Engage with guests and clients throughout the auditing process and pre-qualify candidates for resort tours. When guests do not qualify, effectively pivot to ticket sales and/or resort room bookings.
  • Provide 5-star customer service to guests and clients to increase resort tour sign-ups, ticket sales, and resort room bookings while representing Westgate Resorts to the highest standard.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach when offering discounted attraction tickets and resort room bookings to enhance the guest experience while maximizing personal commissions.
  • Open and close POS ticket sales terminals and accurately balance cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work environment at all times, including keeping your workstation clean, organized, and clutter-free.
  • Stay up to date on ticket prices, resort offerings, and special promotions used as incentives to encourage guests to visit Westgate Resorts.
  • Be available for opportunities to work and travel to off-site events, pop-up locations, and conventions with little to no advance notice, within a reasonable distance and based on business needs, experience, and/or performance. Additional details regarding commissions, travel expenses, and other event-related matters will be discussed when these opportunities are scheduled.
