Job Description:

Coordinates spa services for events with hospital departments and corporations. Works variable shifts, including rotating days, nights, and weekends. Other duties as assigned. Maximizes the strategic value of the Spa by collaborating with other departments for clinical integration. Assists with budget development and provides recommendations to the director. Oversees retail operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and budget oversight. Creates and supports health promotion events that promote the Spa. Ensures proper licensure and standards are met for Spa operations. Meets performance goals and develops new services and products. Manages Service Team staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards. Manages the overall performance and operations of the Spa, including services and retail operations. Maintains amenities and supplies, holding staff and third parties accountable. Develops and implements customer service standards, service recovery processes, and rounding procedures for staff. Ensures compliance with safety standards, customer service satisfaction, and overall performance standards. Collects, communicates, and addresses Spa guest feedback in a timely manner.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Pay Range:

$54,766.40 - $101,878.40
