Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our Weekend Warrior Program . This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who want to maximize their earnings while working a flexible weekend-only schedule in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Weekend Warrior Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure exceptional resident care.
Administer medications, treatments, and assessments accurately and efficiently.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
Serve as a leader and resource for the nursing team during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
Current, active, and unencumbered Tennessee LPN or RN license
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent clinical judgment and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
