Production Operator

Seeking a versatile Production Operator to support laser cutting, rubber cutting, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, performing quality inspections, managing inventory, receiving and shipping materials, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and able to balance multiple production and warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Experience operating fiber laser cutting systems, CNC machinery, or flatbed cutters.
• Warehouse experience including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and organization.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with nesting and cutting optimization software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Adaptable and willing to cross-train on multiple machines and production functions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
