Clinic Director

Pappas PT LLC seeks a Clinic Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Cranston, RI. This role combines direct patient care with operational leadership, including supervising clinicians and staff, optimizing schedules and workflows, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment. The Clinic Director will mentor therapists, support specialization and continuing education, and foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
