Professional Case Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home weekend care for clients with complex medical needs, including former energy workers and their families. In this full-time role, you will complete assessments, develop and manage care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient status. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document care using EMR.
