Senior Analyst, Project Management
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to support new Consumer-to-Business Payments (C2B) Initiatives and existing product growth. This role will partner closely with the C2B leadership team to coordinate strategic initiatives, facilitate cross-functional execution, and support business performance monitoring. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, stakeholders remain aligned, and program objectives are achieved.
Working across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams, this individual will help drive execution, monitor project progress, support business reporting, and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management and Execution. Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action item trackers for C2B initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, document decisions, communicate project updates, monitor progress, escalate risks, issues, and delays as appropriate, and assist in developing status reports, executive updates, and project documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and operating procedures.
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
Gather, validate, and analyze business performance data, identify trends and key observations, prepare monthly and quarterly business review materials, monitor key performance indicators, and support analysis of pricing, adoption, operational performance, business goals, and stakeholder commitments.
Develop familiarity with the C2B product portfolio, customer journeys, and operational processes.
Assist with research on competitors, industry trends, customer needs, and market developments; support collection and analysis of customer feedback and operational insights; and help identify process inefficiencies, customer pain points, and opportunities for product enhancements or business cases.
Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to support project execution, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and timely decision-making.
Facilitate collaboration, clarify expectations, and provide organized updates and recommendations that help teams remain aligned to program objectives.
Support consistent project governance, documentation, reporting discipline, and knowledge management. Capture lessons learned, recommend improvements to tools and operating procedures, and contribute to stronger visibility into project status, risks, business performance, and delivery outcomes.
Basic Qualifications

Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or another regulated industry is preferred.
Experience analyzing pricing, adoption, operational performance, business goals, customer feedback, and market or industry trends is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus.
