Automotive Diagnostic Technician (A/B Level) | No Weekends | $100K+ Potential
RevTech Performance
Location: Sterling, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
Pay Type: Hourly plus performance bonus
Earning Potential: $55,000–$100,000+ annually

RevTech Performance is hiring an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician.
We specialize in advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, European vehicle repair, performance upgrades, and custom builds. Our technicians receive the time, information, tools, and support needed to diagnose vehicles correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and vehicle-network concerns
- Use scan tools, oscilloscopes, wiring diagrams, and service information
- Service and repair European and performance vehicles
- Perform maintenance, mechanical repairs, and performance upgrades
- Assist with engine swaps and custom vehicle builds
- Document testing, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations
- Communicate findings clearly with technicians and Service Advisors
Qualifications
- Three or more years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and diagnose CAN/LIN networks
- Experience with module, sensor, and drivability diagnostics
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes and professional scan tools
- Ability to test, verify, and document completed repairs
- Logical, methodical approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred:
- Independent repair shop experience
- European vehicle experience, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, or Volkswagen
- Experience with ALLDATA and Identifix
- ASE certifications
