Assertion Law Firm LLC is seeking a Missouri-licensed attorney who wants direct client interaction and strategic case involvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who values autonomy, problem-solving, and practical impact in clients’ lives and businesses. *What You’ll Do* * Meet directly with clients and develop trusted advisor relationships
* Strategize and draft complex estate planning and business planning documents
* Handle litigation matters in probate, trust, real estate, and business disputes
* Assess client needs and create tailored legal strategies
* Adapt quickly to evolving client circumstances *Who Thrives Here* You’ll do well in this role if you: * Are emotionally intelligent and comfortable guiding clients through difficult decisions
* Think strategically, not just legally
* Can gather information efficiently and design practical solutions
