PACU Manager

St. David's Medical Center seeks an experienced PACU Manager to lead our post-anesthesia care unit within our advanced neurological program. The PACU Manager oversees day-to-day clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, timely recovery after surgery. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring RN staff, managing budgets and quality metrics, coordinating with anesthesia and surgical teams, and driving compliance with regulatory standards.
