Licensed Practical Nurse – Assisted Living & Long-Term Care

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for our 3p–11p part-time shift. In this role, you will provide resident-centered nursing care in a continuing care retirement community, including medication administration, treatments, assessments, care planning, and documentation. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support residents across varying levels of care, supervise support staff, respond to changes in condition, and communicate with families.
