UCHealth is hiring Registered Nurses for our Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Fellowship. This structured program supports RNs transitioning into acute, progressive care with dedicated preceptors, classroom education, and simulation. Fellows will deliver evidence-based nursing care, manage complex and high‑acuity patients, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in care planning, patient education, and quality initiatives.
