Physical Therapist - Home Health Health Advocates Network is urgently recruiting Physical Therapist for a potential strike in Northern CA.

· Minimum weekly pay: $4830.00

· Shift: 12-hour shifts

· Hours: 36 hour guaranteed work week

· Specialty: Physical Therapist, Home Health

· Anticipated Start Date: October 2026 (Within 10-day notice)

Requirements:

· Physical Therapist, Home Health

· Experience: 1 year (within the last 3)

· Licenses: PT - CA

· SSN Required

· DOB Required

· Work History: Should not be more than 180 days of gap in last 3 years

· Authorized to work in the U.S.
