Behavioral Health Therapist

Carle Health seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy and care coordination within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy to diverse patients. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support integrated, community-based care, respond to behavioral health crises, and ensure accurate documentation.
