WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a Product Marketing Manager you will play a key role in executing product positioning and messaging across markets, and in delivering go-to-market materials that support our Commercial teams in selling, supporting, and expanding adoption of our solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations.

You will:
- Execute positioning and client-facing content for new product launches and existing offerings across multiple verticals and customer segments.
- Maintain and update existing assets to ensure positioning remains current as the market evolves, product changes, or data is enhanced.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product capabilities into clear customer value and market differentiation.
- Build product messaging to support Business Development campaigns, content strategy and development, and Sales talk tracks.
- Partner with Enablement to create core enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Lead internal product readiness and training sessions to ensure customer-facing teams are able to effectively communicate value and win deals.
- Incorporate feedback from the Commercial team to iterate on messaging, positioning, and enablement materials post-launch.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within healthcare, Pharma, or life sciences, with experience supporting B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) products.
- Proven experience marketing products that serve multiple markets, personas, and use cases.
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex product offerings into clear, differentiated customer value.
- Demonstrated success supporting commercial enablement and working closely with Sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functionally.

COMPENSATION
This rolepays $120,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.
Anticipated role close date: 07/27/2026
