Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient rehab hospital. You will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore independence in ADLs, mobility, and cognition. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in accordance with regulatory and Encompass Health standards.
