Mid-Atlantic Emergency Medical Associates, PLLC (MEMA) is recruiting PAs with Emergency Medicine experience to join our company. Established in 1976, MEMA is a fast-growing, independently owned, and managed emergency medicine practice that staffs the emergency departments of five hospitals for Novant Health with a combined patient volume of 220,000 annually in the Charlotte region of North Carolina. Currently, there are 80 physicians and 50 physician assistants and nurse practitioners with the practice. We are recruiting for a new hospital which is scheduled to open in June 2023 as well as the addition of new shifts at several of our current hospital locations.
Experienced Emergency Medicine PAs are preferred, but we will consider experience in Urgent Care. For the new graduate physician assistant please see our Post-Graduate Certificate Program which has been created as a pathway to a career in emergency medicine.
