Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. Based in our Georgia care network, this role performs advanced exams, ensures image quality, and supports accurate, timely diagnoses in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. The Lead Sonographer oversees daily workflow, mentors technologists, maintains equipment, and upholds safety and regulatory standards. Working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, this position contributes to quality improvement, ongoing education, and improved outcomes for the communities Wellstar serves.
