Project Engineering Manager

HP Hood LLC seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital and process improvement projects within our Manufacturing Engineering & Design team. You will own projects from concept through commissioning, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced dairy production environment. Partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety, you’ll implement modern processing and packaging systems, drive continuous improvement, and support plant reliability.
