Advanced Practice Provider

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient-centered care within our leading Texas network. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostics, prescribing therapies, patient and family education, and accurate documentation in the EHR.
