Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage service staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
- Develop and implement service department processes and procedures
- Monitor and manage service department budgets and financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Required: Previous experience in a service management role within the automotive industry
- Required: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Required: Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Preferred: ASE certification
- Required: Valid driver's license and good driving record
